22 December 2009

6am, woke up. Bathe, brush teeth and put on clothes and went to meet guys for West District Council meeting.

7am plus, saw a few guys waiting at the MRT there. More joined after 10 minutes or so, and waited till we went in Mac. to wait instead. Had breakfast there, and seated at the 2nd floor. Bought my meal of filet-o-fish, and guess what? The auntie gave me extra hashbrown. Haha! Don't tell you why, and please, no nonsense happen between the both of us -.-

Saw Wei Hao, the president of the council, at the corner of first floor. He didn't leave at 7.45am, but we left instead. Took bus 66, and took all the way to Dunearn Road, opposite NUS Bukit Timah. Didn't know where's the place, but somehow looked around, and with Yang Cheng around, and managed to get there. Luckily there's Yang Cheng LOL, Hwa Chong is located near that place, so its his 地盘 (territory). Haha.

Set foot into the compound, and lead everyone to a tall white building, and apparently, its not CCAB -.- It was when someone said to head another direction, which is the correct one, and then I headed along with them. So paiseh.. Almost brought the people to the wrong place -.-

Then met the great people of the council, Cpt. Elizabeth along with her group of council members. They were friendly and outspoken, and the introducing of the president of the council, who is Chan Wei Hao himself, was clear. And so, other things were also introduced and get to be updated with the information given.

During the time when Hashim gave out the logbook, I knew today was not my day. I was damn tired, but didn't show. And because of that, my ears got over-sensitive -.- This is when the sort of embarrassing part comes in -.- When Hashim called out this name, "Feei~ Wen..", I thought he called "Teeik~ Wei.." And, LOL, there is big difference I know, but somehow I thought it was me! And GOSH dang it! I went forward to take but the response from all had pulled me back and some laughed and coo-ed out.. Super embarrass! What the heck.. I thought Hashim called my name ah.. I guess I was too tired. I think I saw Feei giving that dry laugh which went "ha ha..". It made the rest of my day sort of bad. Sigh..

There was breakfast provided, and some had went to grab some bites in between the meeting. Blablabla~ Cpt. Elizabeth talked for quite some time later, it was lunch. Grabbed some food, and after that, waited for the rest and headed town. It was suggested by Feei, and in the end got to places down Orchard, walked around along with all the other West Council people. It was damn entertaining to see the seniors having great and wild time. Saw the crazy side of Wei Hao, LOL! It was ZOMG lah. ZZZ. Fahmy too, the two of them had some time entertaining the rest of us, ah, that also includes Sholihin. Great funny people they are! Hahaha!

Hmm. Went to Esplanade roof, and after a while, Fahmy and gang went to play this game whereby there's one person asking the question, and those squatting down have to answer. Its simple, and goes like this. Hashim, who's the question-er, asked "what is 2x4" for example, the first from either the left or right have to answer the correct one, and if answered correctly, it proceeds to either the right or left of the first person, and the game goes on. It was damn funny, because the forfeit was plucking nostril hair at first, then went to pluck any hair. Fahmy got to "punish" a few people, damn funny. LOL. He rubbed the leg hair till it curls, and its, PAINFUL. HAHAHA. Looking at those who played the game faces, some were crying because of pain, but also, you could see that they are actually having fun too. Hahaha!

The whole day was tiring, but fun and informative. HAHA. Got home, I immediately bathe and switched on computer, but lay down asleep after 10mins -.- Too tired!~ Haha. Its a great day today!

21 December 2009

Today is my 2nd day of work. Its better than yesterday. Had Pepper Lunch for my lunch, then head for work at 2pm.

Now speaking of my working encounters.

There's this pair of Indian customers who had said thank you so many times. Then, there's this pair of Cantonese-speaking woman asking to try 5 pairs of shoes, but of course, I had to do my duty as a promoter. They tried the 5 boxes with pairs of shoes and slippers on their daughter, then return 3 boxes back to me. I was like "woah you people have wasted my time and strength -.-". But, before they head off to the cashier, they had said "thank you for your service. Thank you very much.". Haha. After hearing that, I'm so happy and had forgotten the grudge against them for asking me to have so many pairs of shoes and slippers to be brought out to try on.

And, foreigners are rich or what? There's this young beautiful Italian woman I suppose, dressed in some collared shirt and jeans, looks so much like Jessica Biel! Hahahaha! I kept saying "wow" in my mind, because she was good looking, but that's not the 'wow' part. She said she was in hurry, then kept asking to bring out the boots which she had indicated to me, and I had brought out all the boxes of boots out for her. In total, she bought all 5 that I've brought out for her, and I saw that she had paid them all with a credit card. HAHAHA. So rich!~ So HAPPY!~ Sold out stuffs and got to interact with Italian hot mum YEAH!

Its time to go home at 9.07pm. Went to return my temporary promoter's badge because they had no time to make a permanent one for me, which is like all senior and experienced staffs own one each where they had their names imprinted on their badges.

I had Mos Burger for dinner. Bought another extra large fries and sit alone, eating "emo-ingly". WAKAKAKA just joking :S Heh. Was slacking and resting because of standing and promoting the whole day and was tired. Though tiring, I don't complain at all. Its rather interesting and fun because I get to interact with and serving different customers. Enjoyable especially because I'm working at the children's toys and shoes department, and also along with all the female colleagues where some of them are quite pretty and nice. LOL!

Home sweet home at 11.38pm! :D

19 December 2009

I'm gonna work for the whole day! Must well post now. Hmm. Going to Isetan Scotts to work as promoter, I must say I have no experience whatsoever, gonna be damn nervous because I think I do not know what to do really.. Argh just treat this as some working experience, get to interact with so many strangers, and I wish myself best of luck with this job, and try not to make a lot of mistakes during work! Hmm if possible can get to know more people, that means more friends. Yay! Haha. Not really that excited, of looking forward to working. Just hope, everything goes well. Yeap.

Recently, things haven't been going really well. I guess I'm too tensed, too serious. When there's outing, I'm either quiet, or not joining conversations. This is not me. Sigh.. I'm even nervous trying to reply to girls, what the crap? I'm not like that during school hours! Double sigh.. After that cadet officer's course, things changed quite a bit. Not to mention, I even moved my heart. Gosh.

Argh. I should just calm down, relax, think that everything will get fine, and to move along the flow. Yeah.. I should do that..

Oh, and to remind myself, I gotta continue to train for airborne! Haha! Muscles and 6-pac, here I come! ( Have been reminding myself since way before prom, but I didn't train at all! Wah, this time please be serious already!! )

At the same time, I'm constantly thinking of someone.. Sigh.. What should I do now?...

[Posted at time 11.27pm]

Woah. First day of work, late by 30mins. Because of traffic jam and raining. After getting to my place of work, which is the children and toys department, straight away got to know of some colleagues. But the worst thing is, or should I say GREAT thing?, all my colleagues are female and 2-3 years older than me, but got only one who's quite old, call her Aunty Joyce -.- Muahahaha.. LOL. Got 1 cute and can say 1 nice. ARGH. Why am I even a promoter for mostly children and girls stuff? Nevermind. Anyway, didn't got my promoter name tag. So sad.. Customers go and look for my colleagues instead of me, but lucky, when they are not there, customers flock to me! HAHA!

Of course, I didn't know how to serve customers, but luckily had the NICE female colleague who taught me here and there, so, learnt and know how to serve already. Got a lot of mistakes made of course, like one incident with a japanese woman customer.. Got the wrong pair of shoes for her, make me so paiseh when she spotted the difference between the one she chose and the one I picked. But nevermind, tomorrow will be better. HAHAHA! Though I'll get my temporary name tag, but in a few days time, I'll get my permanent one! YAY.

Hmm. Stood 8 hours today, so tired. Going to bathe and sleep right after typing this post. Just got home and immediately switch on my computer just to type out this post. HAHAHA. Goodbye!

18 December 2009

what a boring day. slept at 3am last night, woke up 12pm. Sigh. Switch on the darn computer and had nothing to do. During school times can't wait for studies to be over, but right now, I regret what I've said! School times is actually so fun lah! WAH. Now is like staying home, muscles starting to shrink. LOL.

4pm went to pay for my contacts, maybe after 21st Dec then go and receive. Hmm. Now what? I guess I'm staying at home for the rest of the day, facebooking around, bloghopping around, and stone in front of the computer's screen -.-

SOOOOO BORED! Right now, can't wait for work for weekends to start, and also 21st Dec's council meeting, 22nd briefing/meeting, and 26th Dec GATHERING! HOHO meeting the Tulang! members quite frequently within these few weeks. FUN FUN!

Watched Ninja Assasin. So much gore, but Raizo in action is just so cool! I think I'm gonna learn Ninjutsu one day. HAHA!

17 December 2009

Woke up early in the morning. Went facebooking first, then cycled my way to CCK Lot 1 to meet up syndicate mates for an outing. In the end, went Orchard's Lido instead. Didn't have my lunch! But bought that Beer Battered Fish thingy to eat, hmm so not so hungry. ZZZ took a while to discuss where to go, so finally took bus 190 to that Lido place. Was still hungry that time.. ARGH. Nevermind about that.. Walked around, till reach that Lido movie theatre place.
Bought $11 movie ticket, Avatar 3D. It was a great show! EVERYONE should go watch! Hmm worth that money. At first felt giddy because can't get used to the 3D graphics, but then on there's no difference and its clear! Damn like that Jake (character in the movie) spirit and attitude. Haha.

Hmm. After movie went to walk around with people, found out that Joycelin had left after the movie. Riaz went on to look around for his prom stuffs, so all followed him. Wow. TOPMAN and Armani stuffs damn expensive -.- Can't afford uh.

As for dinner, all went BK. But the food smell just makes me feel nauseous, so people, I am not emo-ing! Just don't feel well. Urgh.. So in the end, went off with Justin, Joash, Yang Cheng, Rahman, Jian Xiong, and Feei. Rahman, sorry didn't see you off right outside the station so as to ensure your safety. Hope you get better after you see your grandma and went to her house to rest! Damn guilty now. LOL. Hmm. Was so tired.. Didn't talk much on train.

So, as I didn't had my dinner, went to KFC right after saying bye to Feei after dropping off the MRT. Hmm. My appetite nowadays isn't good.. Sigh. Went straight home to rest after had KFC~

Tomorrow's programme, rather dull. Going to stay home to save money! But meeting someone to get 0 degrees coloured contact lenses.

Going to work starting on Saturday! WOOHOO!

That Avatar female character that likes Jake after-on voice actor looks so cool! Here's the pic :D

Zoe Saldana plays as Neytiri, princess of Na'vi tribe in the movie (:
[ Day posted actually on 16 Dec 11.54pm. Hmm 12am came so fast! ]

16 December 2009

Woke up early in the morning. Surfed the whole internet. Checked mails, go Facebook, bloghopping and stuffs as usual. Had the whole fish that my mum had steamed for me, so filling!~ But its 7am, what do I do in the early morning?! Somehow, time passed so fast and 4 hours had passed.

Went to search for nice blogskins, but none to my likings. Changed tagboard to a new and fresh one, and had updated the Mixpod with more songs. Still, can't help loving the J Rock songs! K-pop nowadays also have been into my life. Quite interesting when someone had spoke so much about it, gradually it makes me feel interested in K-pop. But seriously, its nice, isn't it? Who doesn't like the Big Bang, Wonder Girls? Just to name a few, they are quite great groups. Perhaps inspiring to others. Haha.

But I still like J Rock (Japanese Rock) more since Sec 2 when a friend named Jeremy Yeo listened to it, which from then on I'm so influenced by that kind of music, and that now its something I love to listen to!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

58th COC. Was a great experience. Met so many friends who came from different walks of lives. I must say, many had character, behaviours, mannerisms and personality (isn't character and personality same? but nevermind) that have made me think over something seriously.

Just to name some people, they are Yang Cheng, Josephh, Russell, Taufiq, Shari, Qiao Wei, David, Usamah. These people are like, WOW. Seen such people for the first time. Yeah gotta learn from them. Found some valuable stuffs that they possess and I don't. 58th COC had really benefited me in this way. Haha btw my syndicate, or group's name is called Tulang. All come from WEST. HAHA! WEST KILAT!~

Other than friends, the experiences and exposures also were great.

All in all, just to summarise, it was so great that I wish it to happen once more. HAHAHAHAHA!

58th COC FTWWWWWWWWW!
